How to set a password in version 6.9.1.017? I can not find in the settings.

I'm unsure what you mean here, could you elaborate on this a bit for us? Are you referring to your Samsung Account password?

Before updating, to enter the application, you had to enter a password. After updating the application, I can not find in the application settings where to set this password.

Sorry to hijack your post.  I have posted once before but now can't find a "Start New Topic" option anywhere on the screen. I am logged in. Driving me mad.  Pls help.
