Cannot access when I swipe right says you have to be over 14 years of age. If an update comes through will let me in.

I have the same issue,  used to be able to access, now I get the 'you need to be 14.. ' clicked on link and my dob exists, and confirms that I am WELL over 14! This issue has been going since July, I am only just getting the message? I have a Samsung phone and cannot  access Samsung Free?

Hi! I accessed Samsung Free yesterday, but today it states I must be at least 13yo. I certainly am, and my birthdate is correct in my account profile. What's up? Any help with this? Thanks.

Hi. I did check my birthdate on the pc, after confirming it's correct on the app. Still can't access Samsung Free-it thinks I'm not yet 13yo. Help!

Found a fix-worked for me:

Open the Settings app.
Tap Apps.
Find Samsung Free App. Tap on it.
Select Storage.
Select Clear cache and Clear data.

That worked for me so I am now over 14, however the Upday news has now vanished. Has it been withdrawn or has it become hidden somehow ?

I don't have access to a PC. I use samsung free every day for my news. I'm 30 years old, dob is correct and it won't let me in, says I need to be 14

I had the same.. cleared cache and did a force stop and it seems to be working again
