So let me post my many years of trying to get a response from Samsung here.
1. Why are ancient Samsung applications displayed in Google Play, which are not compatible with my devices.
2. Why does Samsung itself sell devices that are not intended for my region? S24 Ultra came to me from Poland, S21 Ultra from France, S9+ from Bulgaria. I don't change regions, Samsung sells devices outside the region.
3. Here are a couple of applications, which are system and which are not synchronized in Google Play. Please note that I have all the latest versions of these apps, but they are not shown in Google Play.
4. Why do I see duplicate applications in the Galaxy Store, for example, I see 3 Samsung Galleries, 3 Samsung Account, 2 Samsung Internet browser, etc.
Look dates of this applications! How is possible that I see that on S24 Ultra? Will I ever get answers on my questions from Samsung?

As you may know, Samsung has a crazy list of phone portfolio ranging from super budget to the more expensive flagship ones.
In some third world countries people might still be using ancient phones and hence some apps might be retained to cater for them.
That's why the stores will have the warning about compatibility ( depending on phone or region)
I believe we have gone through the different region phone selling as it could be your country may not have a manufacturing plant and depending on market size and the mobile network provider they will always try to source from the cheapest available source.
Also. Do you buy phones direct from Samsung or through mobile providers?

All 3 phones, S9+, S21U and S24U I bought DIRECTLY from Samsung web in my country.
What third world country, I'm in Europe. Moreover, Samsung sent a notification about a new way of collecting rewards points and that they can be used anywhere in Europe, that I don't have to buy exclusively on the domestic Samsung web, but simply also from Germany, Austria, Spain, etc.
I'm not only one with this issues, look reviews in Google Play

I didn't know that Samsung have manufacturing plant in UK 😂. If I remember correctly, you said that your phone was made in Vietnam. Main too, but came from Poland

As I mentioned, we have already discussed it.
I personally love to enjoy my phone without going into the logistics and how this things happen.
I used to get bothered. I agree and I guess it's good to know.
But as long as I have a good quality phone, which works as intended. I am a happy bunny .

I'm also a happy bunny with S24 Ultra.
I just uninstalled the "latest" Samsung Cloud for Wear updates in Google Play. And what happened? In the Galaxy Store, it says that there is an update for Samsung Cloud, (which I already installed it yesterday.) So, by uninstalling Samsung Cloud for Wear, I actually uninstalled the latest Samsung Cloud update. That's not quite normal, is it?

One main thing is with some of the features that some countries won't allow or region specific
So that's partly why phones are assigned to particular regions
If an app is not compatible with the latest software. Then the app developers have not updated apps to accommodate.
This has nothing to do with Samsung at all.
App developers know software gets changed every year by Google and Samsung updates the One UI software to accommodate including new features
You will have to contact the app developers regarding updating apps.
It could be if the phone is from another region, that region doesn't allow types certain applications or app developers have not registered the apps for those regions
Again you will need to contact them about this
As for Samsung selling phones for other regions. This I've never heard of
I would suggest you may have gone through a third party franchise of some sort.
Samsung own shops and online will only sell devices for that specific country or region
If where you have purchased is doing what you say, then i would contact Samsung online customer support and check why they have sold what they have

Unfortunately, I cannot uninstall them, there is no update or uninstall option. Now I updated Samsung Cloud again in the Galaxy Store. Google Play says that Samsung Cloud for Wear OS has been recently updated.😆
It's not that I'm particularly worried about this issue, but it's quite irritating and confusing when you see in Google Play that the last update of a Samsung application was in 2018. On a mobile phone produced in 2024. I have never used Smart Switch, I always install all applications on a new phone directly from Google Play or the Galaxy Store
