Samsung account Issues

I am based in the UK and cannot log in to the Samsung.com/UK website. It will let me put in email and password the bounces me back to the home screen as if I haven't logged in. 

Strangely enough if I login to Samsung.com/us it works however I can't register any products or get it redirected to the UK site. Ive tired multiple devices, browers.and logins from different places but nothing works. Even been to the Samsung store in London. Twice. It's obviously a migration issue Samsung's side.

 How can I get this rectified? Thanks

Thanks but same thing. I tried it on a brand new laptop with no browsing data and still nothing.

Even on a machine at the Samsung store with one of the reps.

100% a Samsung account issue

I don't get issues logging on, but have to refresh a few times to see orders. Yes I am checking on my S22 delivery 🤣

@Slack303: This may have been a temporary issue with the website. Have you tried signing in again recently to see if the issue has persisted? If you're still unable to sign in, try a different browser, and disable any active VPN's (if applicable).

I've been trying since I got my phone 6 months ago. Tried on multiple browsers, clearing caches, new laptop even.

Called "technical", video chat and in store.

No one seems to be able help or fix it.


It's a Samsung account issue or bug.

If your using a VPN when browsing you may need to make sure it shows your in the right country.
