I purchased my s24 ultra from samsung store on the first day of pre oder and there was a samsung watch as claim. They said it will be deliverd within 45 days maximum. It's been more than 2 months still I haven't received my watch while talking to support they are saying to track the oder. I have submitted several quries still no replay was given to me. Not looking forward for buying any samsung devices in the future. It's not the first time I have been facing issue with samsung team.
