Galaxy Watch 7 Claim Google voucher

I have bought the galaxy watch 7 as a pre order. However when I go to the web site to claim they are asking for an invoice . I have not received an invoice from Samsung yet despite having paid upfront . 

Any ideias on how I can claim this

Hello @Nessa42 !
If you ordered from Samsung website, the order ID number might be enough.
You should be able to find the ID under you orders on your Samsung account or any official email confirmation from Samsung.

Do check your email spam folders etc for pre order invoices or contact samsung customer care and they should sort this out for you. Hope this helps :).

If you have not yet received an invoice for your purchase, then this will likely be issued when the Watch7 is delivered to you, therefore please keep an eye on your email inbox and junk/spam folder, where the relevant document will be provided. Wait for the email that says order complete. The invoice will be attached. Also check other email connected to your samsung account like Google.
