I have been using my S23 ultra for  almost 2 yrs now without any issues until about a month ago when i couldn't connect to the network (no voice or data services).

I have tried everything that's recommended in similar posts to no avail: network reset, toggling mobile network, sim manager checks etc.

When i insert the simcard in another phone i can connect perfectly. When i insert a different somcard it also doesn't connect yet it connects in another phone.

Can i please get help, what should i do as I'm losing so much work because of this

Have you tried the SIM card in both slots? What network provider are you with?

I'm intrigued.

The S23 Series was launched Feb 23 so how have you had this device "for almost 2 years now" when it can only be a year and one month old?

Hi, i don't have the energy to address the exact time I've had the phone. If you can't help please don't derail from the problem i have raised. What difference does it make if I've had it for 1 yr 2 months vs 2 years. It feels like almost 2 yearsto me and that shouldn't be an issue????

Have you spoken to your network provider at all. They may have a solution.

Also, there's a diagnostic tool available for the SIM card via the support tab in the members app. Give it a try and post back with the results.

You have checked, of course, that you haven't accidently turned Flight Mode on in the quick settings? It's easily done, I've done it myself on one occasion.

I asked the question because if you inadvertently advised the incorrect handset, the solution may have been different.

So yes it does make a difference and my comment was rightly intended.....
