S health app not counting steps on phone

Hi

My s health app has stopped counting my steps on the phone.

Is there any way this can be reset?

I only use the app on my Samsung A50 phone

I have just switched from Samsung 8plus to A14 and the phone health app is useless at step counts it seems you have to switch it on rather than it just measures your activity through the day

Try turning auto detect workouts off or if off turn on and off

I recently started having this issue and tried everything. After uninstall, reset, and checking all the settings. I used the find my phone feature. Instantly, everything updated and the issue has disappeared.
