Restore Deleted Memos from Cloud

I accidentally deleted my Memos from the 'Memo' app on my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge. In the Samsung cloud, under 'other phone data' it says my Memo sync is on (454.13 KB used 145 memos) however I do not know how to restore them from here. Any help would be much appreciated (and happy new year!).

Hi, this doesn't seem to do anything at all, my 'Memos' app is still empty

settings -- clouds & accounts -- backup & restore -- restore data -- apps

then select the Memo app.    Make sure it's the only thing selected, otherwise it'll restore the whole device.

I can not access apps option from restore data.

Under Apps there is no memo. I accidentally deleted my memos. The memo is available in Samsung Cloud. But there's no option to restore the memo to my phone. Could someone please help?

I am having exactly the same problem.

I can see  through :

Settings - cloud and accounts - samsung cloud - other phone data - Memo

that there are 1085 memos.

When I try to restore, none restore.

When I use the Samsung notes import from Cloud technique, at best I get 124 memos imported.

How do I download the remaining memos backed up to the cloud. I am using the same type of phone (original was S7 and new phone is S7.

Had I have known that backup was not going to allow a full restore I would have used another app.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

EXACTLY. I have the same problem except my old phone was a Galaxy S5, the screen broke and i'm trying to restore them to my new J7. I can't find a Samsung Memo app in Google Play store, only notes. But all those Memos are there in the cloud how do we get them? Frustrating! Sorry i have no answer yet.

Samsung Notes bietet eine Sync an in der App. Versuche es selber zur Zeit. Beschäftige mich damit.
