Hi I was wondering why some of my photos (78 of them) have been moved to the recycle bin in the Gallery App but they are in the Google Photos app, I have tried to restore them and a message came up saying they have been restored or they were deleted from One Drive, I haven't had any notification that this was happening and now I am panicking as the days are less left to save them on the Gallery App is down to 5 days.

You can delete photos from Samsung Gallery and it doesn't affect your backup to Google Photos or One Drive. However, if you delete photos from backups (Google Photos or One Drive) the photos will be deleted from Samsung Gallery as well. In case you don't want to delete them - both Samsung Gallery and Google Photos and One Drive keep your photos in Trash for 30 days, so you can restore them during that time.

You don't need to restore deleted photos from Samsung Gallery if you see them in Google Photos, because Google Photos will duplicate them. Seeing photos in Samsung Gallery's Trash means you deleted them from Samsung Gallery.

Sonora I have tried to restore them from the trash but he kept saying restored but they were not and one drive was saying deleted from there

Look for the Restored folder in Samsung Gallery, the pictures are there. One Drive and Google Photos can delete pictures from your phone (Samsung Gallery) and will probably ask you if you want to free up space on your phone by deleting the pictures stored in Samsung Gallery.You can always check the One Drive or Google Photos Trash to see if you have any pictures there. You have 30 days to change your mind. After 30 days, you can no longer restore deleted pictures from Google Photos or One Drive.

But if you delete them from Samsung Gallery and see them in Google Photos or One Drive, your pictures are safe and backed up even after they disappear from Samsung Gallery Trash. That is important.  Do not delete photos from Google Photos or One Drive because that's your backup and you will bi lose photos forever after 30 days

One more important- always check if your photos are backed up in Google Photos or One Drive. If they are, you can feel free to delete pictures from Samsung Gallery to free up space for new photos
