Samsung Cloud can't restore my text. It's saying

"Samsung Cloud didn't respond, so your data wasn't restore. Try Again"|

Have you backed up your SMS to Google back up?

I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.
