"Device limit reached"

I have got Spotify on my Galaxy Watch and my Galaxy Phone. Each time that I try to download a playlist onto my Watch, it just tells me that the device limit has been reached. I am able to download playlists onto my phone.

I don't really feel like removing all of my downloads on my phone.
