Resetting old devices, needs more than a factory reset

So usually I opt for a simple Factory reset, but have stumbled across a few issues requiring a more manual process before the reset.

So Microsoft InTune, Authenticator, Spotify to name a few can hit a limit if you do not remove the device, as in deregister, this then requires help from your IT or two recent examples with Spotify required a call to their IT team to ask them to remove devices, as we could not use Spotify or Tidal offline or download content.

Spotify one took a while and a few goes of reset, clear cache and still nothing.

Headache so hopefully helps anyone stumped with the same Spotify or Tidal and Authenticator issues.

Yes  would be  bit of a hassle, useful information re deregistering some apps.

Oh yes Mrs HSBC had her last two mobiles, I did say it would not have happened if I had access to her banking apps, PIN, 2FA, etc. she can trust me ❤😂

Wasted allot of time on Spotify, via their community, reddit, others sources, but then did spot an old Spotify community post saying just call customer service, who then checked and said we had more than the max logins, offline access, I just said remove them all.
