It should happen automatically @Members_fHGybQR although take into account some networks chafge to send a mms.
Ask your network to check your account has been provisioned for mms.
Launch your messages app.
Tap on the 3 little dots in the top Rh Corner.
Settings.
More settings.
Look at the mms settings.
