Picture in picture feature

Since updating my last software, my picture in picture feature has stopped working. I've done all the troubleshooting methods and it still doesn't work. #pictureinpicture

@kiy: Please can you confirm the model number and current software/Android version of the device you're using, and I will look into this further for you. For clarity, what happens when you attempt to use the picture-in-picture feature e.g. do you get any error messages or notifications?

When I try to put the apps in picture in picture mode, Netflix or prime or itvhub for example instead of the small box coming up with it still playing the app just goes into the background and the box doesn't come up and the shows stop playing
