The "Patient Access" App will not complete the the log in process on my Galaxy A33 5G. One UI v 1 Android v 13. All I get is three red pulsing dots on a semi transparent app login page; see screenshot below.
Login fine on my Galaxy Tab A8 tablet, W11 PC, and my wife's A33.
Patient access Tech Support unhelpful.
Will be grateful for any relevant advice.
