No progress in my order

I bought the galaxy S21 phone using trade in. Its been almost 10 days (the estimated delivery period) yet there isn't any progress in my order process. It is still on order placed and the payment status shows pending. 
 
 Is this new or is that how the trade in works?

Update: I received my phone al3 days after contacting Samsung and got my return package 2 days after (although I received another return package yesterday). Will post my old phone hopefully tomorrow. Thanks for your help and advice.

It's 7 -10 business days and there was a bank holiday. I'm in the same position. With the promotions recently they sold out many products. However if they are getting stock in within 2 weeks you can still place an order.
Mine change to preparing dispatch yesterday afternoon so hoped it would arrive today. Nope ..... apparently it will arrive on set day in 2 days...really annoying as the speaker also was booked for same date yet came 2 weeks early. 😆

I called them today and it will apparently will be delivering on the 17th🤞.

I can understand your frustration though😄

Apparently they are getting in a few of the backorder stock then on the 3rd week of May.
Did you choose a date when you ordered? X
