Mobile is showing network in the upper corner of device, have contacted Asda (network provider) and everything is fine their end. I can send text messages but I can't send or recieve WhatsApp, browse internet or use data unless contect to Wi-Fi.

Please help as abroad.

@Asa1: Were Asda able to verify that they have sufficient network coverage in your current location? Have you tried heading to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Data roaming, and toggling this option on? While you're here, make sure that your Network mode is set to the available 'auto connect' setting, so you're able to connect to the strongest available mobile data signal in your area.

Thanks for getting back to me, spoke to another operative at ASDA and was an issue their end.
