Hi, I have a P.C (windows 10). I am looking for a way to transfer my text messages across from my current Samsung A5 to my P.C (eventually moving on to transfer messages from my older mobile phones to P.C).
I’d be grateful if anyone can tell me of an app or process to copy text messages from android mobile to p.c?
My aim is to import the messages into excel and be able to search through the conversations for keywords. It’s to preserve memories and conversations I had with someone who unfortunately passed away. Im familiar with copying photos across using USB & DCIM but haven’t been able to find text messages.
Thanks for any advice

I have encountered similar needs before. I need to back up the text messages on my Android phone to my computer for easy storage and viewing. At that time, I used TunesBro DroidGeeker, which worked very well. This tool can export text messages into Excel format, which is very convenient for searching keywords and saving memories directly on the computer.
I followed this tutorial:

You can export the text messages by connecting to your phone. I highly recommend you to try it!
