New UI Has Made Things Worse

This new UI update has ruined the quick functionality of the previous UI, and now I have to rebuild the home screen as the new UI has reverted to the factory defaults. NOT NICE! 

To use an app, now we have to slog through the entire list of apps rather than the quick, I'll call them "favorites" pages, only seeing the entire gamut of apps by swiping down. I'm guessing we had to dumb down the interface to cater to this new generation, yes?

Long time Samsung user, not happy AT ALL with this update to the UI.

Ok, I'll stop hating. It's not the capabilities of Bixby that were irksome, but the annoying user interaction model, constantly trying to interject in to your usage, but enough said.

Maybe the UK Samsung moderators should whisper to their American counterparts not to ban their users, so there would be fewer of them here 🤭

OK, I've figured it out.

Need to navigate to Settings / Home screen / Home screen layout and select Home and Apps screens. This restored the  previous operation.

I do not like the changes following the new UI update. I am happy to find out my phone is up for renewal so I can leave Samsung.

I really do not like this new update. Battery life is hard to see. I had to rearrange my icons. Open tabs are now an awful layout. Music is at the bottom of the screen when playing, not the top, and how you get to settings on a quick screen is no longer quick. Prefer the old version
