Since the last system update on my phone on the 2nd of November everytime I try open up my Netflix i keep getting this error message I have attached a screen shot I have tried contacting Netflix they gave me some options to try still nothing worked I have uninstalled the updates for Netflix and disabled it and cleared the data and the cache from the app itself but still its no working has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix ?

And this happens only when you're using mobile data or when you're using WiFi as well ?

How familiar are you with flashing a firmware ?

I have done it once but I'm not got through all that I will try find another solution but thanks for your help

At a glance, i saw that A41 is based on MEDIATEK chip. In the future i would go for a device in the Galaxy S or Note series. Those are very reliable. I've been using them for year with no problems.

when this happens to me, I open the apps open toggle and clear/close all apps and immediately open Netflix after. works every time.
