Netflix picture-in-picture

Netflix picture-in-picture won't function on my Galaxy A13 5G. I checked the following and all are as should be:

•Picture-in-picture is allowed in the app permissions (in the phone settings not the app. I can't find this setting in the Netflix app)

•The app is up to date

•I have cleared the cache

•I have logged out & back in to Netflix

•I have uninstalled & reinstalled Netflix

•I have asked my phone politely & impolitely, shouted at it with & without swearing, threatened violence and sacrificed 3 pigeons to the phone gods to enable this function. Please help me

Does picture in picture work for your other apps? Have you tried switching your phone off and on?

Hey, thanks for getting back to me. Picture-in-picture does work on other apps and I have tried turning my phone on and off.

It might be an issue with the Netflix app itself, have you checked the reviews in the app store? Usually if there is something wrong with an app other users would leave reviews stating they are experiencing the same thing. It happened to me with BBC iplayer before, pip worked then one day after an update pip stopped working and then another update and it started working again.

Same issue here- seems to be an ongoing issue with A series on samsung and no one can get to the bottom of it (samsung a15)
