Hi Samsung,

so as per TechyOnion also my own experience.

1. Auto Photo and Video at daytime, the picture is underexposed at times or certain lighting condition.

2. Pro video mode what shows on the screen and the actual video footage exposure has no correlation

3. Expert RAW the 200MP lossless is disabled. Lossless is only enabled at 24MP.

Can you please fix these problems, please watch the video as he shows examples, and I also confirmed with my phone his claims are valid and these issues do exist and very valid

I have applied the manual tweak from youtuber TechyOnion that works for the moment. the s25 has the option to save exposure settings which s24 ultra do not have in the software. hopefully s24 get the same software update. here is the tweak/fix from techyonion

Hi! Note that this forum is for Samsung members to members only, so Samsung won't see this.

I personally find the camera phenomenal and so much better than any phone camera I've used.

Thank you for the info. I love Samsung Cameras but underexposed dark area crush or greenish tint have always been an issue. I will send them the feedback. looks like it can be fixed with some software fix.

Hah, they said the same thing about the S24 ultra camera, but it never got a fix, and why believe that the S25 ultra will get one, when the cameras are the same. 🤭

It's unfortunate but true. I'm still awaiting fixes for grainy photos on my s24U, sometimes it makes faces like an oil paint, kinda downgrade from s23U. Overall experience has been good with S24U but camera is a let down
