I had my Samsung S10 unlocked online. The unlock went great. I can make calls and MMS but I cannot use my mobile data. I have tried everything I know to do to get it working. I spent hours on the phone with my network provider straight talk. I need help. 4G keeps flashing on for seconds at a time but wont stay on. This is doing my head in, I want to use my awesome Samsung s10
@LaurenS10: Is this happening in all locations? As a troubleshooting step are you able to try your SIM card in another compatible phone, as this will help to determine if the problem lies with the phone or your SIM/network signal? In the the meantime please perform a Soft Reset to address any temporary software issues by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. Please can you also ensure that WiFi is disabled when you activate mobile data. Let me know how you get on.
