Moble banking app stalling

Hi group,

My wife and I have Galaxy S21 Ultra phones and as of last week our mobile banking app stopped working.  Due to this we cannot use Samsung Wallet at any vendors.  I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times, performed a factory reset and also contacted our bank and Samsung Tech Support and all have failed.

It’s the CIBC banking app.

Has anyone come across this issue and a potential fix?

I'm not sure about CIBC but could it be because the S21 is now out of support?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Samsung wallet has changed and maybe not supporting your bank anymore. Try google wallet instead.

I think it may be due to the Device being out of support, mind you upon checking a Banking App still works for me on an old S21 Ultra however requirements will vary.
