Hi group,
My wife and I have Galaxy S21 Ultra phones and as of last week our mobile banking app stopped working. Due to this we cannot use Samsung Wallet at any vendors. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times, performed a factory reset and also contacted our bank and Samsung Tech Support and all have failed.
It’s the CIBC banking app.
Has anyone come across this issue and a potential fix?

I think it may be due to the Device being out of support, mind you upon checking a Banking App still works for me on an old S21 Ultra however requirements will vary.
