How do you retrieve an MMS? I keep getting the message of unable to download. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Contact your mobile network for support with SMS and MMS issues. Also be very wary of unsolicited MMS messages because they can be used to load malware onto your phone. Best thing is not to allow MMS at all
