Microphone not working unless on speaker phone when I make calls. Can u help

Can anyone help me. Nonone can hear me on my phone unless I use the hands free speaker or through my car.

In this members app here go to the support tap and PHONE DIAGNOSTICS and run all or just thr microfone test and see if everything is fine.

If not maybe take it to a Samsung repair shop to have a look.

I don't understand your first comment about members app...support...diagnostics.  I can't find them.

@Papadude44: Access to this feature will depend on your phone's model and current Android version. If you open the Samsung Members app > Tap on the 'Support' tab at the bottom of the screen, then 'Diagnostics' or 'Phone diagnostics' should be visible here. If not, then it is not available on your device.
