I have done everything recommended and I am still having the issue on my Z Flip 3.

So I'm unable to access my Samsung members app at all. Ive cleared the cache, Uninstalled it and redownloaded it, Installed it from Google play, Factory reset my device. Nothing seems to work at all.

I hope so. I have a weekly routine of using the app for my diagnostics check for all my devices.

I can't get on the app either im on website just comes up with error -10 hopefully they'll be an update soon so we can all get back on it.
