Lack of Magnetometer sensor in Samsung F12

I have Samsung Galaxy F12...i have tried many compass apps but all the apps shown that the device  doesn't have a magnetometer sensor so no compass app can be function on the device. So please add this feature in new software update. #SamsungGalaxyF12#NoMagnetometerSensor

a magnetometer (or compass) sensor is a bit of hardware, so no update can fix that. I am not sure if your phone has one or not, can you check at
members app-> support (bottom right hand corner) -> diagnostics-> sensors
does it mentions there a magnetometer or compass then your phone has one and you just need to an app to use it, if it doesn't mention any of thesesensors you are out of luck, if it mentions that it is not working, contact support.

I also face same problem. How to solve it
