My Galaxy J3 2017 works on Android Oreo 8 but doesn’t get updates to Android Pie 9. I know that update has came out but my phone doesn’t see it. Phone was bought in Plus carrier in Poland and is used in Poland. Phone was rebranded from operator software to XEO (debranded soft)

@Lusiek74: If the CSC of your device has ben altered, then this may be why you are unable to receive software updates over the air via Wi-Fi. If you have access to a home computer, then I recommend checking for the Android 9 update using Smart Switch.
To begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-backup-my-smartphone-to-my-pc-or-mac/
Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your J3 (2017) using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details. Let me know how you get on.
