Instagram Camera Mode gone after update

I recently updated my phone and found soon after the instagram mode has disappeared. Has anyone else noticed this? I was advised to reset phone to factory have tried google and everything else to try and fix but to no avail.... any ideas?

If you do not have this you could try uninstalling and reinstalling Instagram ,clear the app's cache/data and  ensure Camera permissions are enabled. It is not on mine either , have Android 11 and tried  the above steps  just in case but made no difference.
