Plug your phone into a PC/laptop.
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press and hold the Volume up and Side buttons.
3. Release the Side button when the phone turns on.
4. Press and hold the Volume up button until the phone enters Recovery Mode.
5. Use the Volume buttons to select Wipe cache partition.
6. Press the Power button to confirm.
7. Select Yes and confirm again.
8. Select Reboot system now and confirm.
9. Wait for the phone to restart.
To be sure no apps are causing this:
Power off your phone, then power it back on while holding the Volume Down button until the device boots up and "Safe Mode" appears in the bottom left corner.
Go to Samsung Members > Support > Feedback; include system logs and submit feedback.
