I've been trying to get into Samsung cloud and I keep getting told I've been locked out. Apparently it's because I've tried to many times and because of this I've had to many verification codes sent to my phone. I didn't know I was locked out until I went to check if I had a software update.It said it couldn't update the software due to a network connection error. So what do I do. The message about being locked out of Samsung cloud has told me to try again in 30 minutes. I did that Still locked out. I'm going to wait till tomorrow and have another go. In the meantime if anyone out there who has had the same problem. Please please help me. Thanx folks xx
