I can't connect my phone to the computer. It loads photographs for a few seconds and then I get the following message "unable to connect". Can anybody help?

iCloud? That's an Apple service, this forum is for Samsung users.

I can log into my Apple icloud from my s23 and tab s9 + fine .
Are you using a Samsung phone ? .
