Is anyone else facing issues with it? Keep getting the error 'something went wrong, please try again later'.

@Wezzyd  I checked and seems to be an issue currently.  However  it  works best with reasonable Battery life   and a strong connection,also need to have sufficient storage space in Samsung Cloud.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Thanks for the reply. Kinda relieved it's not just me then, respectfully of course. Yeah I only use it to backup my settings so plenty of storage space, phone has just been charged and I'm fully covered as in connection wise

It's happening with my S22ultra too, have plenty storage available and a full battery so I don't think that will cause it to have problems.

The same thing happens to me. It started about three hours ago. The Cloud app has stopped working and won't launch. An error pops up: “Something went wrong, please try again later.”
Please explain the reason for this application failure. And is there any hope that the Cloud application will be restored?
Because I'm worried that maybe this is due to the outdated model of my device, which runs on Android 12 and has not received the software update.

Doubt it will be to do with the os version, most probably a bug on Samsung's end

I am also having big issues too with samsung cloud / one drive so I unlinked one drive then decided to log out of samsung account. Now I cannot go to the back up or sync arggh. I am glad it's just not me . My phone is galaxy S21 5G . Driving me mad even tried recovery via pc but couldn't get to see repair apps on the list

What a relief, to know i wasn't the only person having that issue today, all of a sudden on a few Samsung devices
