How to setup Bixby routines?

I have an S8 and just wondering, if there is a way to setup Bixby routines for automation services (Or something that is good & equivalent) on my device. What are the best routines that are recommended to have on your device? Thanks! Also, does Google have an equivalent to this automation service?
