Can't add NFC to Bixby Routine

On Bixby Routines, when I try to add my student ID to NFC Tag, it says "Couldn't write this NFC tag. Try again.". Is there any fix or workaround for this? I've a Samsung S20 FE 5G that's running OneUI 5.1 and Android 13.

From what I can gather, your student ID can't be reprogrammed to do a different task.
