I want to make the sending message text bigger on the other end, when I pinch the text size bigger does it make the text size bigger on my end and recipients end?
No, the other side will need to pinch to change the text on their side. If you are for example sending to somebody elderly or visually impaired then on their device font settings can be changed via accessibility settings.
