I'm really unhappy with the website as I can't find anyway to connect online with someone about Galaxy store. They requested 3 refunds from Epic without my instruction and need to understand why!
I spoke to Epic and they said it was requested by Samsung.
I just want to get this sorted so it doesn't happen again.. words of the wise don't use the Samsung store to pay for anything! Go direct through the Epic website.
So how do I message someone! I'm not calling them

@notahappybunny3: While I appreciate that you have reached out to Epic directly, the best way to get feedback relating to this issue would be to head to the Galaxy Store > Search for the 'Epic Games' app, and tap on the result > Get support. Alternatively, tap the '>' arrow to the right of the 'Overview' section to find the relevant contact details.

I have the same problem and I am getting nowhere I don't think I'll ever download anything from the Galaxy store because their " in app purchases free " are not free at all and this made me a very unhappy camper
