Help please - Video attachment for email too big?

Please can you help me I have got a video that I need uploading and sending to my outlook email adbreast however it keeps saying to me it's too much MB the max is 33 I want to send 135MB what can I do? OK I'm a senior person who needs some help make it simple. thanks

You could upload the video to Google Photos. In Google Photos ensure that Storage saver option is selected. With this option selected, the uploaded video size will have a dramatically reduced size. You could then share it as a link directly from Google Photos or download it and attach it in Outlook mail. Will this work for you?
