My mobile suddenly stopped working.
I can open it and screen shows a padlock and swipe to unlock and date and time.
But it does not respond to swipe to open.
I have taken off the screen protector.
I have tried holding off button and down volume together.
There was a thumb icon which has disappeared, but that has not responded for a long time anyway.
I usually swipe then put in my pin,
