Green line on WhatsApp Video shares

Hi folks,

I got the Android 12 update yesterday.. updated fine (I have cleared cache too).

This morning I sent a video from my using WhatsApp and notice a green line at the left side of the screen.

The video is absolutely fine and plays as it should on the phone.

Has anyone else had this issue and any way to resolve it?

Oh sorry about that I hear whattsapp are also fixing to do an update to fix it so hopefully that will be soon

I have the same problem, where there is green like on the left side of the videos sent via whatapps, but it looks fine in gallery. How to fix this?

 my videos also showing green lines when sent on WhatsApp. S21. Cleared cache doesn't work. Argh!

Same for me, I have clear cache, but there is still a green line on the side of video sent in whatapps

It should be fixed now mine is s21 ultra and its fixed 

In this messages someone has given a quick fix solution I can't remember person name but scout through these post you should find it hope this helps 🙂

Uninstall WhatsApp, clear cache , reinstall WhatsApp but do not reinstall WhatsApp chat backup. This worked for me after everything else failed.

Keep checking for updates, it will be fixed in the next update
