Having Green Line on My Samsung S21+ Display After Updating to Latest Feb 2025 Security Patch. Samsung Refusing To Replacing Screen Saying Device Is Older Than 3 Years. What To Do?

Go to Settings - Security and privacy - turn off Auto Blocker.

Go to the phone dialer - type *#0*#. This will open a menu; click on the colors at the top. If the colors remain, this isn't a software issue but a hardware one; the only option would be to pay for a repair.

I think its hardware issue but you can follow steps mentioned above by johnz to check

I also have a Galaxy s21Fe and just got the vertical white like on my screen, from top to bottom. I also recently updated the OS to its latest version. Can I roll back to the previous version to see if the line dissappear? Or did the update cause a permanent damage no matter what I do?

Even I am facing the issue with S21 FE, after updating the software on Apr 4, 2025. A white / green line from top to bottom. I believe its same issue as previous year green line issue bit this time Samsung is not providing free screen replacement program. Let me know if they update anything on this
