I have just started getting a bright green line on my outer display screen of my Samsung Z Fold 2. Have updated the system software but the line persists. Have checked on browsing the issue that a number of phones have started having similar issues without any physical damage due to software / app updates. How and where do I get repairs done? Does Samsung charge for such issues that are software related?

Well the problems jwith the Z Fold 2 phone just got a lot more worse.
The front camera of the outer display failed. It didn't get working even after a factory reset.
Also the wi-fi would just not get enabled despite doing a factory reset in the Samsung Service Centre.
The number of green and yellow lines have dramatically increased to over 15-20 lines acutely affecting viewing anything on the display.
And finally a few days back the main display also blacked out.
The issues have happened or gotten worse coinciding with every software update in the last few months. The phone has not been mishandled or damaged.
The cost of replacing the display screens are over half the cost of the phone. Hope Samsung can provide a more reasonable solution and resolve the issue.
