Google PlayStore Boost offer

I have been trying to claim 600 google playstore points boost offer for the past month and all i get is no offers availabke at this time. All the other offers seem to work except this one. I have tried online chat and no one seems to be abke to help.

Redeem rewards

Open the Google Play app .

At the top right, tap the profile icon.

Tap Payments & subscriptions. Redeem gift code.

Enter the code.

When you get a confirmation message that you redeemed the gift card and earned a reward: To claim your reward, tap Get.

To use the reward later, tap Not now.

Hi Steve, the problem i have is i am not even generating a giftcode to use. Just says offers not available at this time

I have had the same issue for months now, they keep saying they are working on fixing it but it never works and I have tried all the troubleshooting tips they have given too.

Glad it's not just me then.... Really useful to create offers and then not let people redeem them.
