Storgae locations

Wife has just changed to a  new Galaxy S24 Ultra.  When saving a file only internal storage is available despite My files showing Onedrive and Google drive and drives being accessible from My files.

On my S24 Ultra, when saving files can choose different storage locations. Wife unable to select different storage locations other than internal.

Have searched internal and tried several options but nothing works and unable to find any help that is specific to this problem.

Can anyone offer  any advice?

Sorry to hear your good lady is having issues.

First things first, has she given the right permissions for One Drive and or Google Drive to enable them to access her storage / camera / images?

For myself I back up to Google One and it is seamless and it should be so for the two you mention.

Thanks for reply. Yes, bscks work OK, just can't save to either google or one drive when wanting to save a file ie: from Word or Excel as save location is only internal unable to change
