Hi, since I joined the beta program I can't pay with Google pay any ideas?

Google pay is disabled in beta.

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.

Yep as has been mentioned. Google Pay won't work.
Beta 3 should be out this week I believe, so maybe it will work, but don't count on it.
Otherwise you will be looking at waiting till nearer the general release

It's because it's volatile, a systematic risk. We are the guinea-pigs. Either we report it or have patience and wait for the tested release.
