I have say 12 albums in my Gallery but when I go to several apps including the Wearable app and Facebook and I try to select a photo it only sees 3 of my albums. It's the same when I go into sync that it only sees the same 3 albums. Please can anyone help?

Same issue. I think it's because the Samsung gallery, even if you create a new album, still insists on storing the pictures in the DCIM folder. Something that android sees as a singular folder. This integration is seriously flawed and hasn't been fixed in years

I had this problem. Here's how I solved it.

Go to file manager, click on images. The missing album(s) should show there. Give the missing album(s) a new name. They should now appear in gallery.

I have no idea why this happened. Suspect it was a screw up in an update.

How do you change the name of the albums? I clicked everywhere and do not have any option to change them. It seems I can only Edit to select items.
