Galaxy store connection issues.

My galaxy store is in a never-ending loop trying to update itself. It's been that way for about 2 days. I've tried all sorts to try and rectify the problem but alas nothing works... I cannot use the app at all. I wrote an error report to Samsung hopefully something will happen 👍

Same for me on an S24 Ultra. Not able to update apps like SIM manager ect blocking me from setting some stuff up on my new phone.

I think I've solved this. Heres what you should try. Power down the phone, plug the phone into a computer so it starts charging, press and hold the volume up and power button till the samsung logo shows and then release the buttons, scroll down using the volume keys to the wipe cache partition, press the power button to select, go to yes and press the power button to confirm, at the bottom when its complete it should say wipe complete or something like that, the menu should have reboot device already pre selected, click the power button to confirm and reboot the device. 

I did this as i was getting an error on my s24 saying that it couldnt connect to the galaxy store, now im in the store and the apps are updating! I hope this helps someone

Mine on S24 was not connecting, and Themes was failing to open. On occasions, if I stopped wifi and used phone data, it then worked for a while. Fixed both when I went through VPN on wifi. Which is very odd??? As wifi worked for everything else but not Store or Themes add in VPN and now ok
