Galaxy store connection issues.

My galaxy store is in a never-ending loop trying to update itself. It's been that way for about 2 days. I've tried all sorts to try and rectify the problem but alas nothing works... I cannot use the app at all. I wrote an error report to Samsung hopefully something will happen 👍

Yes. This is common right now.

I have tried the possible fixes such as a cache reset from the boot menu, clearing the app data, and it still exists.

The issue appears when connected to WiFi, but it seems over data there is no error message pop up.

We will likely need to await a fix.

Totally opposite to me.
I can get store over wifi but not over data

Very strange. It is definately WiFi for me...but switch off and my data (O2 network) works OK.

It does still however seem to download apps and games after clicking the cancel button to the error.

It is weird how it has all of a sudden started happening since launch day

I suspect something has been broken on the store server side of things...

I don't think there is much we can do, other than work around the issue, until samsung have fixed the store error.

Like I mention, I find pressing cancel to the error makes it disappear for a while and downloading and browsing the store still works.

If the error keeps popping up the I can turn off WiFi and use data (or the other way around for your issue).

Hopefully it is fixed soon.
